Delete your Isekaied account

Effective date: 17 October 2026

You can delete your Isekaied account and the data linked to it at any time. Choose one of the two ways below.

Option A

In the app

  1. Open Isekaied and sign in.
  2. Open your Profile.
  3. Press and hold "Delete account" until the bar fills up.

Option B

Without the app

Send an email from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account".

We will confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • your account: email address and display name
  • your location history and journeys
  • hero progress: levels, medals, quests and streaks
  • your marks, legends and photos
  • your friends and social connections

What may be kept

  • limited records that we must keep by law, for example records needed to handle legal requests, for the period the law requires
  • diagnostic data held by our service providers, according to their own retention periods
  • content you have already shared may stay visible to other players only until the deletion is complete

Timing

Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request.

Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Use one of the options above.
